(h/t to Mrs. Q for the poster idea)
It's here: the (potentially) last season of the greatest basketball conference in the history of man, ape, or dinosaur.
A week and a half ago, the Irrational Exuberance Express was in full effect, and talk of Marquette being a contender for the Big East crown was almost commonplace.
Now, with a head-scratching loss at LSU and a downright vegetative performance against Vanderbilt at home, YOUR Golden Eagles are 1-2 in their last three games, limping into the lion's den with trips to Georgetown and Syracuse in the next nine days.
So: how you feelin'? Better than before the non-conference schedule? Worse? The same?
