I just heard that long time Marquette hater and AE Twitter nemesis, Doug Russell, got the ax from WSSP. Personally, I didn't listen to Doug's show all that frequently. Like most programming on SSP, it tends to make my brain hurt with its idiocy. But when I did listen, I could usually tolerate it in small doses as long as they weren't discussing MU. I will, however, miss Doug having a public platform from which to rile up Rubie Q, which always led to some highly entertaining banter on the Twitter. Vaya con dios Doug Russell.
