Man, those things really are super bright.
So let me see if I've got this right:
- Marquette was the only team that received a double bye that lost yesterday, AND
- Marquette-Louisville was the only Big East Championship quarterfinal game that didn't go into overtime and thrill the college basketball world?
Man. That stinks.
In any case, the semifinals are tonight on ESPN. I'm looking at what's left of the bracket and somehow, I think Syracuse is the team that Marquette fans like the most. When the heck did that happen?
Semifinal #1: #1 Syracuse (31-1) vs #4 Cincinnati (23-9), 6pm Central
Semifinal #2: #3 Notre Dame (22-10) vs #7 Louisville (24-9), 8pm
Yep. I only mostly dislike Syracuse as oppose to completely dislike the other three. Why couldn't Georgetown and South Florida win?
