When Lazar Hayward's Oklahoma City Thunder eliminated the San Antonio Spurs, we were guaranteed to see a former Marquette basketball player raise the Larry O'Brien Trophy at the end of the 2012 NBA Finals.
Tonight, we find out who will face off against Lazar and the Thunder in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Will it be former Marquette guard, current member of the Marquette Board of Trustees, and Boston Celtics head coach Doc Rivers? Or will it be former Marquette guard and 2006 NBA Finals MVP Dwyane Wade bringing the Miami Heat back to the Finals for the second consecutive season?
