The Marquette Related Tweet Of The Week: 5/13-5/19

Jim O'Connor-USA TODAY Sports

It's a special time of year on college campuses all across the country...

Here at Anonymous Eagle, we're hip to all the latest trends on the internet... or so we tell ourselves. We know how much the kids today like to keep in touch and communicate through social media. In particular, we're big fans of the service known the world over as Twitter. Each week, we'll bring you a tweet that we found particularly interesting/funny/thought provoking/ridiculous that has some kind of Marquette connection to it.

Sunday was graduation day at Marquette.  It's the end of one journey for all of Marquette's graduates and a beginning of another.  But let's remember the most important thing about earning a Marquette degree:

That's right: 10 season ticket priority points for your first degree, 5 for your second, and 2 points for any more degrees you earn from MU.  Yes, there's the memories, the degree from a prestigious university, the pride of a job well done, and so on and so forth.  But the best thing about having a degree from Marquette is that it helps you have better seats for Marquette men's basketball.

Now if we can just convince someone in the athletic department to start handing out priority points for consecutive seasons with soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse season tickets....

Have you seen a Marquette related tweet that you'd like to see in this spot in the future? Let us know on Twitter or send the direct URL link to anon.eagle@gmail.com and be sure to send your Twitter tag along with it so we can give you credit for finding it!
