After weeks of anticipation, the complete BIG EAST schedule for 2010-'11 has been announced, and Marquette's full schedule is finally set.
The Eagles open, as they did this past season, with Bob Huggins' West Virginia squad -- only this year, the game's in Milwaukee. And it's at 10 -- TEN -- freakin' a.m. I'm sorry, Big East, have we met? We're from Milwaukee. We're not going to be in top form at 10 freakin' a.m. on New Year's Day.
Anyway, the home season ends with a tilt against Cincinnati on March 2, and the Big East season ends with a roadie at Seton Hall on March 5.
It wouldn't be a Marquette schedule if there wasn't a brutal stretch in the conference schedule. This time, it comes in the middle of the year:
January 25 -- vs. UCONN in Milwaukee
January 29 -- vs. Syracuse in Milwaukee
February 2 -- @ Villanova
February 9 -- @ South Florida
February 13 -- @ Georgetown
