2011 Reseating: Day 4

Today is the 4th day of men's basketball reseating.  Things are already underway and will run until 9pm tonight, so we'll probably see a big shift in the number of seats taken between the map now and how it looks tomorrow.  Based on my percentile rank (48%) and my selection time (3:25 pm today), we'll be way past 50% completed by the end of the day today.

Here's the Bradley Center Overhead Map as it looks to start today's business:

This brings up an interesting point, and now that I have visual evidence, I can back it up.  Remember Badger Hate Week?  Nothing but pointing out the hysterical and sad flaws in the entire University of Wisconsin fanbase.  A good time was had by all.  Then, when it came to be game time, I arrived at my seats in the Bradley Center, looked up, and saw WAY too much red in the lower level of the BC.

Now I don't mean to get off on a rant here, but look at the season ticket map.  AT WORST, every section from end line to end line is down to only single seats available with approximately 40% of the season ticket holders having chosen their seats.  There is ZERO reason for there to be ANY red in the lower level of the Bradley Center for games against Wisconsin.  We're talking about the top one-third of season ticket holders in terms of both length of holding tickets AND donations controlling these seats.  Remember: Friends don't let friends let Badger fans into the Bradley Center.  If you have some of these seats or know someone who does, DO NOT put them on StubHub.  There is enough of a Marquette community available on the internet (coughthisblogcough) to help you put these tickets in the hands of Golden Eagle fans if for some reason you are unable to attend.

We'll be back tomorrow with a new reseating update, and with a little bit of luck, it'll be a cheerful one as I end up able to keep my same seats.
