Women's Basketball Game 21: Marquette vs West Virginia

Marquette (12-8, 3-4 Big East) heads out to Morgantown, West Virginia tonight to take on the West Virginia Mountaineers (14-6, 4-3 Big East). The game tips off at 6pm Central.

It's never easy to win on the road, but Marquette is in need of a win here, having dropped their last two at home. The Golden Eagles have worked best when sharing the ball this season, finishing 6-0 in games when at least 4 players score in double digits. Katherine Plouffe continues to lead Marquette with strong play, finishing with her seventh double-double on the season in their 52-50 loss to Providence in their last outing.

Three Mountaineers average in double digits, led by Taylor Palmer at 13.4 per game. Ayana Dunning has the team lead in rebounding at 8.0 per game. Only Asya Bussie has started all 20 of WVU's games, with 8 different Mountaineers getting at least 3 starts.
