We know how much the kids today like to keep in touch and communicate through social media. In particular, we're big fans of the service known the world over as Twitter. Each week, we'll bring you a tweet that we found particularly interesting/funny/thought provoking/ridiculous that has some kind of Marquette connection to it.
It's been a few weeks since we did Tweet Of The Week, so let's get back into the swing of things with a subject that's near and dear to my heart: game day superstitions.
Just told Coach Buzz hope he has to wear his new "uniform" all year. His response, "so do I".#mubb

Buzz wore a black turtleneck and gray pants for the Wisconsin game as a tribute to the late Rick Majerus. Marquette won the game, so Buzz brought it back for Savannah State on Saturday. That was a Marquette win as well. It ain't broke, so I expect that we won't see Buzz fixing that outfit any time soon.
Like I said, I can relate to this thought process: I wear the same shirt for every Marquette home game. I also clap in rhythm all the way from when the drums kick in on Where The Streets Have No Name through Thunderstruck until the opening tip.
I know there's something that you do for every Marquette game. Share your superstitions and routines in the comments section!
Have you seen a Marquette related tweet that you'd like to see in this spot in the future? Send the direct URL link to anon.eagle@gmail.com and be sure to send your Twitter tag along with it so we can give you credit for finding it!
