When we last saw the Golden Eagles on the court, they were charging to a 70-52 win over Dartmouth in a game that started 3 hours earlier than scheduled due to last Thursday's snow storm. Arlesia Morse led all scorers with 19 for Marquette, while Katherine Plouffe wrapped up a week that put her on the Big East Honor Roll with 17 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 blocks.
The Ramblers come in to the AMC after breaking a five game losing streak with a win over Chicago State in their last outing. Sophomore forward Simone Law leads a pack of 4 players that average in double digits with 12.4 points per game. Law is also the Ramblers' best rebounder, averaging 9.6 caroms per contest, even though she hasn't played in every game and has actually only started in seven of them. Freshman guard Taylor Johnson is the only Loyola player that's started every one of their 10 games and she has the highest assist total on the team to show for it. It's a bit of a homecoming for redshirt sophomore Lauren Hibbard, as she's a Milwaukee native and attended West Allis Central High School.
