The Big East went 1 for 2 in the regional finals yesterday, with Louisville picking up the lone Final Four spot for the conference for this year by defeating Florida. Syracuse was defeated in their bid to to prove that there truly is no such thing as a distraction when they lost to Ohio State.
Today, we close out the last two spots in the Final Four. First, at 1:20pm, Kentucky wins hearts and minds by forcing Baylor to wear their black uniforms in a game where the winner advances to play Louisville next Saturday. That will be followed by the Roy Williams Classic, as Kansas plays North Carolina, who will be without the services of point guard Kendall Marshall.
