1.21 Morning Coffee

As I stated last week, no harm in going 1-1. So damn close to being 2-0, but road wins are not easy to come by in Big East play. Losing sucks, but against a team sitting at 18 at KenPom? I'm perfectly OK with it. And frankly, after scoring 13 points in the first half, my expectations for the second half were small. Great intestinal fortitude by the team to come back and fight like they did. It can only help their mental approach and attitude in the coming months. The team gets a nice break to prepare for the Friars and then a quick turnaround to face South Florida.

If you're bitching about the refs and claiming they were the reason MU lost, we can't be friends anymore. Losers whine about the officials. You don't score 13 points in a half and then blame somebody else for the loss. Listen, Davante is a big actor on the court. Maybe, if he didn't act like he's getting hacked every single time he gets slapped, the ref would be more than willing to call it when he does actually get hacked.
