Fresh off of the first home game and first home win in program history, men's lacrosse is out in Louisville this afternoon. They won't be tangling with the Cardinals, though, The opponent is the Bellarmine Knights instead. Game time is 2pm Central, and Bellarmine is kind enough to provide us with free live video here. In game stats will be over this way, and you can also follow @MarquetteMLax for in game updates, too.

On April 8, Bellarmine had benefited from falling in double overtime to Denver and was sitting at #20 in the country in the Nike/Inside Lacrosse media poll. Since then, they've lost two more games to turn it into a three game streak and a four losses in five games trend. But the Knights are sitting in fifth place in the ECAC with a conference record of 3-4. (Unrelated: Remember how awesome it was when MU beat nearly ranked Air Force? The Falcons are now 6-7 and 1-5 in ECAC games. Eeep.)

Karsen Leung is the Knights' points leader, and he's doing it with passing. The senior midfielder has a team high 22 assists to go with 11 assists. Four players have at least 25 points on the season, most notably Cameron Gardner, who broke through to that barrier just on his 25 goals on the season. Dillon Ward has played all but two quarters in net for BU. He's stopping 67% of shots on goal and has a goals-against average of 7.41.
