SO IT'S BEEN A LITTLE MORE THAN A MONTH SINCE MARQUETTE HUNG ON FOR DEAR LIFE TO BEAT PROVIDENCE IN MILWAUKEE.
Since then, Marquette has beaten the teams it's supposed to beat while getting demolished by the teams it's not supposed to beat, and PC has followed a similar pattern, beating DePaul twice plus Butler and Seton Hall while losing to St. John's, Xavier, Georgetown, and Villanova. What this all means, I'm not exactly sure, other than: I'm not sure either of us is very good.
THIS IS GOOD BEER. BOTTOMS UP.
A cup of joe seems like an appropriate beverage for a trip to the Dunkin Donuts Center, but it's much too late in the day for coffee. So let's go with the next best thing: Hinterland Brewery's Luna Coffee Stout.
