Here at Anonymous Eagle, we're hip to all the latest trends on the internet... or so we tell ourselves. We know how much the kids today like to keep in touch and communicate through social media. In particular, we're big fans of the service known the world over as Twitter. Each week, we'll bring you a tweet that we found particularly interesting/funny/thought provoking/ridiculous that has some kind of Marquette connection to it.
I presume that by now, y'all are following Steve Wojciechowski on Twitter. Since Wojo was hired on April 1, his tweets have been a constant stream of positive thoughts and emotions regarding various features and aspects of Marquette University. Back on Wednesday, Coach Wojciechowski tweeted a picture of the view from the south side of the Al McGuire Center.
Beautiful morning at #mubb! Can't wait for school to start! pic.twitter.com/tfCcoRRArk

Pretty standard view for anyone familiar with the Marquette campus, right? Well, Chris Bunn covers Duke athletics for 247Sports.com, so I'm guessing he's not super familiar with Marquette, particularly since his Twitter profile says he lives in Raleigh, North Carolina. So when that tweet popped into his feed thanks to his Duke follows, he had a reaction that I wouldn't have expected, but actually makes a little bit of sense when you see it.

Well, sure. The double spires of Gesu, the top of the carillon tower at Marquette Hall, mix in the deep foliage in Wojo's view, and I can see how you can make the comparison to the boarding school for wizards that Harry Potter attends. Plus, MU does have a Quidditch team.
Have you seen a Marquette related tweet that you'd like to see in this spot in the future? Let us know on Twitter or send the direct URL link to anon.eagle@gmail.com and be sure to send your Twitter tag along with it so we can give you credit for finding it!
