Marquette Basketball's Newest Fan Is..... Drake?

Look, I'm not an Instagram guy.  I get why people like it, of course, but like Tumblr, it's just not for me.

It is, however, for Grammy award winning musicians like Drake.

That, kids, is Drake posting a picture of new Marquette commit Haanif Cheatham in his well worn Marquette hat during his commitment extravaganza on Friday.  As I'm typing this very early on Sunday morning, it has just short of 90 thousand likes.  Which is a lot.

I have no idea what the connection is between Drake and Cheatham, but as we've seen time and time again, Drake's a big fan of being a big fan.  I, for one, would be happy to see the Canadian multi-hyphenate come to a Marquette game to see Cheatham in action in 2015-16.  If he wants to come some time this season, that's okay, too.

Dare we explore the possibility of a Marquette Madness appearance at some point?
