While Suits & Sneakers Week is an event through the National Association of Basketball Coaches, it's not just Steve Wojciechowski and staff that will don the new black & pink kicks. I think it's a nice touch that the team will also be wearing the shoes to help promote the entire event.
I'm not a shoe expert, but a quick consultation with the Jordan Brand website indicates to me that these are a specific colorway variation on the CP3 VIII shoes.
According to the website for Coaches vs Cancer, the three goals of Suits & Sneakers Week are to 1) raise awareness about the fight against cancer, share the importance of nutrition and physical activity in reducing risk of cancer, and promoting the American Cancer Society as a resource for people dealing with a fight against cancer.
