Marquette Basketball To Play Wisconsin On December 12, 2015

Back on Friday, Joe True, Marquette's very own Associate Athletic Director for Development, made sure we all knew to mark our calendars for the 2015 Blue & Gold Fund Auction.

That Friday in December date brought one obvious thought to mind: Does this mean the same schedule as last December?  After all, it was kind of a big deal that the Blue & Gold Fund Auction was moved to the night before Marquette's yearly clash with Wisconsin in men's basketball.  That kind of timing led to more than double the number of attendees at the auction than ever before, and that kind of attendance led the auction to raise a record $350,000.

So, is the schedule the same?  Does that mean that Marquette and Wisconsin will square off in the Kohl Center on December 12?

I posed that question to Joe True, but I'm going to guess that he's not authorized to release that kind of information, because the answer came from Deputy Athletic Director Mike Broeker instead:
