Steve Wojciechowski Is Going To Try To Win At All Costs

And we have the video evidence to prove it.

Benny Sieu-USA TODAY Sports

By now, you've all seen/heard/telepathically received the Marquette men's basketball mantra of "Win Every Day."  Yesterday, courtesy of a video on the @MarquetteMBB Twitter account, we learned that head coach Steve Wojciechowski is deadly serious about trying to win at everything he does.  Whether it's coaching, or recruiting, or noon games against the other coaches, or largely fun drills at the official Marquette basketball camp, Wojo's gonna pull out all the stops to come away with the W.

Here's what I'm talking about:

Let's give you a second by second recap of what happens here.

0:04 - Wojo buries a triple on some poor kid.
0:08 - Wojo drains one on the next kid, but even though it went down clean, he started hustling to snag the rebound before the kid could get there.  Gotta keep your head on a swivel, kid.
0:16 - HE TRICKS A SMALL CHILD, so he can get an open layup.
0:29 - Wojo fires away on the next kid, and while we don't see that go in, I'm guessing that it did since he doesn't start moving for the rebound.

I can not overstate these two things enough:  1) Wojo's out here hoodwinking small children that don't even come up to his shoulder in order to beat them, and 2) THIS IS FRIGGING FANTASTIC.  I'm a huge fan of the late Eddy Guerrero, and to see Wojo steal from Guerrero's playbook is DELIGHTFUL.
