Marquette In The NBA Orlando Summer League: 7/7/15

Things aren't really looking good for the Pacers in Summer League.

Orlando White 85, Indiana 76 - Four Orlando guys cracked double digits as the Magic buried the Pacers at the free throw line en route to a nine point win.

Orlando had twenty more free throw attempts than Indiana, including Keith Appling snagging 11 attempts all on his own against just 16 total by the entire Indiana squad.  Appling finished with a game high 17 points, and his teammate Chris Singleton tied him at that total.  Shayne Whittington was tops for the Pacers with 16 points on 4-10 shooting.

Somehow, Trent Lockett started the game on the bench for Indiana, but ended up playing more minutes (29) than anyone else on his team and more than all but two Orlando guys, too.  Lockett had a nice little statistical night, recording 11 points on 4-9 shooting and chipping in two rebounds, four assists, and a steal, too.

Up Next: The Pacers are off again on Tuesday, but they'll be back on Wednesday with a game against Detroit at 2pm Central.
