ARE YOU READY FOR SOME BASKETBALL?
Screw that stupid Bengals-Giants game over on ESPN 1. The real action for the night gets started at 5pm Central on ESPN2 when the Connecticut women’s basketball team visits #12 Florida State for the first game of the 2016 ESPN College Basketball Tip-Off Marathon. From there on out, there’s a game on an ESPN Network (almost) all the way until the Champions Classic wraps up at 10:30 on Tuesday night.
I’ll be honest with you here. I’m not even going to try to watch the whole marathon. These overnight games do not hold my attention in the slightest. But it’s still basketball, so if you wanna get nuts, go ahead and get nuts.
Of course, the ESPN games on TV aren’t the only interesting games being broadcast over that nearly 30 hour span, so feel free to use this as your landing pad for, say, Villanova-Purdue or Wisconsin-Creighton.
Here’s your schedule of hoops, and of course, the comments section is yours.....
