You know we're getting Villanova-Syracuse in the title game on Monday, right?
Jim Boeheim's annoyingly cantankerous trip will continue all the way to the national championship game where his Orange squad that had no business getting into the field and no business winning their last two games will be 40 minutes from a title. Standing across from them? Their old foe from the Big East, the Villanova Wildcats, smashing their way to the national championship game, destroying "choking" narratives left and right as they crush all opposition in front of them. We'll be subjected to two days of "OMG THE OLD BIG EAST WHATEVER HAPPENED" stories (spoiler: ESPN is jerks) before the game finally tips off on Monday night.
You can see this all coming, right? It's almost too perfect.
If you aren't near a TV, be sure to use March Madness Live to catch the action tonight. Remember: TruTV and TNT have the TeamStream broadcasts, so if you see someone complaining about how biased the announcers are, be sure to laugh heartily at them for being too stupid to turn on TBS for the neutral broadcast.
