Quite the day of games on TV.

Syracuse v North Carolina Photo by Streeter Lecka/Getty Images

18 ranked teams in action on national television today. It’s almost as if there’s some kind of big event tomorrow that your friendly neighborhood television providers don’t want to schedule against......

The tentpole items on the docket get started early with Purdue visiting Maryland, followed up by Arizona heading to the Pacific Northwest to challenge Oregon. Notre Dame rolls into Chapel Hill to square off against North Carolina in the evening, and the big ticket late game has Kentucky traveling to the O-Dome in Gainesville to see the Florida Gators.

For you Marquette fans, Georgia is playing South Carolina at the same time as the MU/DePaul game. I’m not in the business of telling the Bulldogs what to do, but it would be pretty neat if they could swing the upset.

As always, there’s even more games with a digital only broadcast, so shout it out in the comments if you land on something great!
