Your College Football Saturday Viewing Guide: September 2, 2017

There’s a lot of chaff, but some pretty solid wheat.

NCAA Football: CFP National Championship-Clemson vs Alabama Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

You know what, guys? There’s not a lot of interesting college football games on today.

Sure, there’s Florida/Michigan live from JerryWorld. Obviously, everyone’s eyes will be on Florida State/Alabama tonight. But other than that? Eeeeeeeeep. Maybe if you squint, Louisville/Purdue is interesting?

Oh well. It’s still a loaded day of college football on national television running well over 12 hours in length, and there’s bound to be some shenanigans and tomfoolery along the way. If you’re lucky enough to get Pac-12 Network on your cable/satellite package, then there’s even more for you to watch. Speaking of tomfoolery, the Big Ten has two different games scheduled for the 11am window. I presume it’s localized coverage, so if you aren’t getting to watch Wyoming/Iowa because you’re getting Ball State/Illinois..... may I suggest a nice walk around the block or something instead?
