Shoutout to Gardner-Webb and Liberty for winning the Big South and Atlantic Sun automatic bids yesterday, but BIG MARQUETTE SHOUTOUT to Bradley and head coach Brian Wardle on winning the Missouri Valley yesterday! We’re going to get a little extra MU flavor in the tournament this year with the Braves led by the former Golden Eagles guard, and that’s always okay.
Today we get two more bids handed out: The MAAC and the SoCon. I’ll tell you right now that I want Iona and UNC Greensboro to win those two games. I always like seeing Iona play, and Wofford is pretty much guaranteed an at-large bid, so #TwoBidSoCon is definitely the way to cheer in that one.
Elsewhere we get semifinals in the CAA, Horizon League, Summit League, and WCC, while the MAC and the MEAC get started. Always something going on, just no daytime basketball today.
