Men's Soccer Adds NAIA Transfer Abdoul Karim Pare

Marquette announces plans to remodel Helfaer Tennis & Recreation Center

It would appear that the university plans on closing the Rec Center sometime soon, as the building will be gutted for an $80 million renovation plan that will add a three story tower to the building to house the Marquette Counseling Center as well as the Medical Clinic. "The facility will combine completely renovated portions of the Rec Center, including significantly updated facades with added windows, with a newly constructed three-story wellness tower that will sit in the core of the facility. All interior building systems will be replaced. Using an existing building footprint and some of its structures supports sustainability and fiscal responsibility. President Lovell says the goal is to complete the estimated $80 million, 180,000-square-foot facility by the end of 2024, contingent on funding."

Five of the 10 total players are transfers into the program, including defender Katie Koker who is returning to Marquette after two seasons at Minnesota and sitting out the 2021 fall season. Transfers Aislinn Boyle, Molly Keiper, and Isabella Cook have already completed their transfer and are enrolled at MU and training with Frank Pelaez's team.
